I don't stretch before I do those exercises, however I do before I start "working out" or just lifting dumbells doing crunches, etc.. and I do those daily [or at least 6 days per week]. So, I know that isn't the problem. I will keep that in mind if I do, do some work

A little update.

I bought some Motrin IB, and Aleve. The IB worked okay, and the Aleve took about 2 hours to kick in, but it worked. I also have horrible complextion, and my mom'* boyfriend recommended I stopped eating so much crap [I eat a lot of crap]. So, this week, I stopped eating so much crap, and stayed with eating a lot of bread, and other fruits and vegetables. This not only cleared up my complextion incredibly [over a week'* span], but it also minimized my body pains. They are still there, but I am hoping the more healthy foods I eat, the less pains I will have. The only side effect I have, is now I am always tired. I guess the calories that junk food has, kept me awake a lot, and now that, that is gone, I am sleeping 75% of the time I have nothing to do [which is 75% of my day].

ahh, yes. Diet can play a major role in a lot of different problems. Actually though, it has been proven that your diet really has nothing to do with acne but stress and genes do.
