Default HTML is OFF

In my profile I have the "HTML is always on" box checked YES, but for all my posts it tells me that "HTML is OFF". This always prevents me from quoting other ppls pics, how do I fix this?

Yup, I disabled HTML in posts. Too many potential issues with turning it on.

If you want to add photos, use the syntax
Code:
or press the "Img" button above the message entry box.[/code]
