90% of the "upper eschelon" on my company (privately owned until 2 months ago) had connections to the CEO prior to working here. The precious few that didn't got ****** hosed when it came to stock options in the merger. I'm talking a couple hundred thousand to twenty... Let'* just say there were two very livid people.

If you work for the right place, *** kissery is not needed. I have nothing more than a highschool diploma(I think). Got hired on as a temp and now I'm full on management. I handle everything from billing to inventory management. I tell people what to do and I enjoy doing. No *** kissing involved. Some places you have to have the sheeps skin. The good places, you get it because you can do it.

By the way, MOS. I thought it was funny...
