Looks like it will pop right out. Use a screwdriver in one corner and pry it up.

Ahh yes... the Celebrity dash, just as bad as the Century. It'* a very odd one to pull apart, and unfortunantely the a-body.net forums are down. I'll look in my spare HDD to see if I still have the removal procedure.

Yeah, I've been trying for weeks to get into the A Body forums. Most I could find was on a Cierra, but it was different.
