Think of it as multiple-board spamming. Someone on one board posts ridiculous things to the point of getting kicked off, then invades another board and posts the same things...then repeat.

Quality is a very relative term. However, quantity refers to the description of an empirically measurable noun. For some, the OP'* posts are of high quality while retaining their massive quantity.
