Yeah, really!! It reminds me of Christmas a few years ago when that nut chased us down the highway trying to run us off of the road and to get us to pull over. I've had some stuff like that happen to me, once on the road (someone tried to drive me off, but I smoked them with my beauty) and once in a pool hall (guys were breaking bottles in the corner and proceeded to start **** w/ me, my LARGE friend took out all 3 of them pretty quickly, with little help from my 2 marine friends).

However, if you have an opportunity to get away, that should be your first choice legally. If you COULD get away, and didn't, then used deadly force, it can be seen as deliberate.
