These warranty "specialist" can be ********, because they make you sign a little form of agreement that you won't exceed your schedualed maintainance periods, but in certain situations one might miss a schedualed oil change or grease job, and if they are leasing the vehicle or go to trade it in the dealership tacks on a "wear & tear" fee to be deducted on your trade in/re-sale value. They always have a catch somewhere. Thats why I don't fall for that "smart buy" program because they have to many penalty fees if you were to trade in that vehicle or re-finance it after your payment terms.
