Thanks for the help! I'll see you at NEBF with my new ride! And I'm seeing my friend in Binghamton tomorrow on my way back to CT, he doesn't know I bought the Bonneville.

Of course, that doesn't guarantee they'll let me back in the US with it though.

But all jokes aside, I am more than positive I have everything I need to import it properly. EPA and DOT U.*. standards are met, and all the proof of ownership and insurance is in effect. I didn't get temporary plates from CT since the DMV didn't know what they were talking about, so I'll have fun pretending to be a Canadian tourist for a while.

Thanks for the sweet ride Jim!
Congrats.. just say aboot.. aie and hoser a lot lmao !!!! familiarize yourself with a toque ( it'* not a Canadian toupee )

When are rolling through the area (if you are)? I am in binghamton right now getting things with my bonneville all straightened out afterit being stored for the last 4 months. If it is earlier in the day, maybe we could make it a mini meet. I'll be around until about 3:30 when I head back to rochester.

I wish I could meet with you...I don't think I'd be in Binghamton until 5 though. Depending on when I leave here and how long it takes me to cross the border will be the deciding factor. I also plan to stop in Syraucse to see my parents. Binghamton will be my last stop before I head to CT.

I want to get back home to CT asap, since I didn't really sleep on the 14 hour bus trip here from Hartford.

Yeah, I left Hartford at 8pm Friday night and arrived in Toronto at 9:45am Saturday. It only cost me $78...it was WELL worth it. I didn't get any sleep but right now I'm feeling pretty energetic and far from tired...weird.

Congrats Pete on the new Bonne. I flew into (YYZ) Toronto Pearson yesterday afternoon. Just had a short turn-around time, 20 minutes. I was going to call Jim but if one crewmember leaves the aircraft, all crewmembers have to get off the aircraft. Be sure to post some pics when you get time.
