Default Help with B.* please!

One of my friends brothers, was mocking my friends ( Bonnytrek ) GTP the other day, saying he beats them all the time. He has a 1998 dodge neon ES, with the 2.0L DOHC. He has no cat, headers, and a fart cannon, and he 'SAYS" he runs 14.5 at the track, yet when my friend asks to race him with the GTP he says he "doesnt want to get a ticket"

Do the Neon'* fly with a few mods, or is this 100% B.*

I owned a Neon briefly and I didn't like it. It wasn't that great. The car looked nice but I would choose my bonnie anyday for looks & speed.

my best friend got a ticket for 110 mph in one. claims he had just backed down from 118. He had to go to court for that. of course he blew the engine after driving it about a year.

hehe. Here: I went to the trouble of getting some stock times. I don't know what year the GTP is, and the only year I could find for the neon was a 2000. Not that it means anything is set in stone, but i guess it will give you an idea.

Neon:
0-60: 8.8
1/4 Mile: 16.9
1/4 Speed: 82

Not exactly the fastest thing out there...

2000 GTP:
0-60: 6.8
1/4 Mile: 15.1
1/4 Speed: 91

Just for fun:
2000 SSEi:
0-60: 7.5
1/4 Mile: 15.8
