I was sad to hear the news this morning. I respected him as an actor. I don't know the facts of his demise but it is still sad that a human being died. At least he wasn't the kind of actor that is spread all over the tv and papers like Lindsey, Paris, Brittney for attention.

He will not see God.
This may come as a shock to you but not everybody believes in God. If I were considering suicide that wouldn't even cross my mind because I don't believe in it. I agree that suicide is weak but I don't know what he was going through. Not everyone shares your beliefs.

If, in fact, he did commit suicide I'm with Paul and Vital on this...suicide is a grossly selfish and cruel thing to do, especially considering his 2 year old daughter. How does one do something so serious and life altering to their innocent child ON PURPOSE?

That said, I don't think it would be a good idea to turn this into a religious debate about believing or not believing in God. This thread could get ugly. I vote for a lock.
