Ya, and even down in the city somewhat. I cut some drier parts of my yard today. Took a ride down to Binghamton on my bike yesterday to see the carnage. 1/4th the city is accessible, the rest has drained and people piling garbage to the curbs, cleaning and reopening. Rough part is the filtration plant is still down, some electricity not restored including that plant, and they are still pumping raw water into the pipes. The entire east side of the city is still under water and I would assume alot of it will be condemned. It was built up on a swamp to begin with and should just stay that way. But what do you do with 15,000 people and the realities of home owners there. That part of the city needs a modern higher flood wall at the least.
