We have a flood in epic proportions, unreal. Binghamton, NY down in the valley has evac'ed 20,000 people and a 75 year old flood wall is spilling over.

No, I live @ 1800 feet, way above and 20 miles outside the city. Just alot of hours with my Fire Dept closing roads and dealing with clogged drainage and flooded basements.

Just happening/ongoing because the rivers haven't crested. This is from Lee. It opened an "alley" that sucked moisture in from the ocean and dumped 9-14 inches of rain onto us before we dried out from Irene.
