Looking for idea for configuring maps in Halo 3. What mods have you guys done? I have seen an idea of making a game of baseball with a rocket launcher and a gravity hammer. Also have heard of crates on top of anti-grav lifts. What have you guys done?

Well with the new maps they have added in a soccer ball to mess around with. The foundry level can be completely emptied and designed any way you want. I split foundry down the middle and only have 1 way to get to the other side, makes for some intersting games.

i have seen some nice paintball themed maps... also i have seen Last Resort (Zanzibar) converted into a Normandy map with turrets on the seawall, and one team spawns in the water and has to storm the beach


Can the G-ham actually deflect a rocket?

G ham can deflect anything, grenades, rockets, warthogs. Yeah that storm the beach game type is a good map. There is also jail games where when you die you go to jail and can only be released by a teamate.

i didnt know that you could deflect a rocket, i figuered you could just make it detonate before it gets fatally close...

Jail sounds interesting... im gonna have to find some people who play customs.. most of my friends just play matchmaking (including myself)

Yeah I have jailbreak and storm the beach for sure. There should be a matchmaking system for custom games. It'* hard to get 6-8 people who are half decent at the game and are mature enough to play the game right.

Did you notice you can now rent movies off of XBL for 300 - 450 microsoft points, so like 4 - 5 dollars.
