I just saw this on the news
She was texting her husband and friends and apparently fell in this fountain and is suing the mall for nobody helping her.....So stupid how much well little somebody will sue for hey im suing you cuz i fell in your fountain while i wasnt paying mind to where i was going...

That is funny. What can she sue for? There should have been a sign telling her there is a fountain here? What good would that do? She was texting. How could she have been helped? She stood up and walked away, she wasn't hurt. And house keeping asked if she was OK. She has no case. She looks like a idiot.
Sounds like a con artist to me. Stories like this always remind me of a scene from liar liar.
Greta: Mr. Reede, several years ago a friend of mine had a burglar on her roof, a burglar. He fell through the kitchen skylight, landed on a cutting board, on a butcher'* knife, cutting his leg.
