HAHA. Take that all you other States! NY is the best...
... at driving the worst....

Well, it make sense, they always have to count NYC in there. And besides, how many people are really in Idaho? maybe a dozen?

Well, if a test administered by GMAC Insurance is any indication, one in six people cruising our highways and byways -- roughly 36 million licensed drivers -- would flunk their driver'* test if they had to take it today. Not only that, but based on the 2007 GMAC Insurance National Drivers Test data the state with the most road-going dummies is New York, while the most knowledgeable ones are out West to Idaho.
I was out on the east coast for the first time about a month ago in Massachusetts. Let me tell you, people drive like maniacs over there! You'd be pulled over and ticketed in no time if you drove like that in Oregon! It took some getting used to, and then when I got back home I had to remind myself to slow down. So I believe that study for sure.
I'm not going to lie. I hate living in a border town. 4 out of 5 times, I can tell if the car coming up behind me is from Illinois or Iowa before I can even see the plate. Why? Because for some reason, the speed limit doesn't apply to them(usually 10 to 15mph over), nor does the law for using turn signals..... Not all, but more often than not.

and only because the two states above us have a total combined population of 2000
