It'* certainly going to be a lot more serious than San Andreas. In fact, I think comparing those two is like comparing a new Corvette ZR1 and the 90'* ZR1. They're both very fast and very good cars for their time, but the new ZR1 is so completely different from the old, and it'* completely revolutionary.
Dunno about gangs, to be honest. I haven't heard anything that would confirm or deny the existence of gangs. All I know is that this game is going to be the best game for 2008, and it'* going to rock...

I would prefer the PC version, but I can not wait for it. So I'll get the Xbox 360 version. I have not pre-ordered it, but I'm hoping it won't be too hard to find.
