do the ram air hood have legit ram air under the hood? or is it all show?

Most aftermarket hoods as well as the GTX hood is functional.

so then whats more effcient ram or or cold air intakes?

i saw this on pfyc.com for the blackout headlights

"For show, competition and off-road use only"

does this mean they are not street legal?

Technically they aren't street legal. Then again, so is dark tint, aftermarket exhaust, neon lights, etc.... It'* mostly a matter of how bright your lights are with the covers on and what kind of mood the cop is in.

They are both good. If you have a ram air hood, you can get an SLP CAI and have the benefits of both. The SLP has a hole on top to let in the ram air from the hood.
