Good luck with the Cisco Call Manager. Hope you do not have any ACD applications. The Mitel is older but reliable.

Voice systems may seem old hat but most systems are reliable. Not many data systems can boast and back up 99999 reliability.

We've had the Cisco for about a year now.... I've got a lot to learn. I'm actually looking for a company to contract an upgrade of an office in DC. Know anyone?
