OH, and a truck came on them too


bought a 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 with the 4.3L and a 5 speed tranny. regular cab and 8' box. sweet lookin truck. I'll post up some pics of it in the "other ride" section as soon as i get some of it.

yeah, its a pretty peppy little thing. Not boosted but still peppy.

i've heard some great things about the 4.3 before.

the color is Pewter. it has a UGLY robbins egg blue pin strip (stick on) that is going to come off ASAP. also, i'm getting better vent shades put on and i'm getting a tool box for the bed (need some lockable storage).

he he he... reminds me of my 16 year old days. i had a 1988 *-10 blazer with a 4.3 in it. Auto though, and it was TIRED!!! that thing burnt more oil than gas but it had over 200,000 on it too!! it never quit, even saw it runnin arround after i sold it for a few years.

yeah, the standard cab is pretty low on storage space... i like to keep a 4-way, jump box, and extra washer fluid with me. and in the winter like this i usually have a blanket and my car heart coveralls too. deffinetly need that box.
