As par to sonoma zr2'* advice, I got the Sony TRV480 Digital8. That means I can play all my old High 8s and download on to the computer. I also have a memory card to take stills on. It has the nightshot I wanted plus the menu is all tutch screen. All in all it cost $402. So it was kinda moderately priced for a video camera, but i'm happy!

I have a sony that i bought back in march. lovin every minute with it. it has the touch screen too, not sure what model though, i'll have to go look it up.

Now I just gotta figure out how to use mine. :?
