I just recieved word today that I have earned the rank of Staff Sergeant or E-5. I cannot tell you how happy I am! This has been a good deployment

Congrats!!! It took me 2 years 9 months to pick up E-5 in the Marine Corps which is pretty fast but it WASN'T IN FING IRAQ. I am sure your happy with the pay raise in Iraq.

I have to take ALS Airman Leadership School. They teach you how to boss people around efficently. Maybe they will teach me how to spell, too.
