I'm not sure if any of you are following the World Cup of Hockey but that was an awesome game by Canada tonight versus Slovakia. Total and complete demination...yeah baby!!!! That'* the way the game is played

Yea, it was a cool performance by Canada. But c'mon, Slovakia? Dont get to hyped about it, Czech(sp?) Republic with Jagr and Hejduk can light up the net also! That is one game I got to watch this weekend!

Russia and Sweden and possibly the US, looked to be the only real teams that could skate with the Canadians this year, but...its to bad a lot of International coaching staffs are in shambles. And how bout Marty Brodeur! Best 'tender in the league over the last 10 years and....4 goals against for the tourney so far!

Yea, Marty is a machine! I think it was in the 2 period, the Slovacks were on the PowerPlay, and a slap shot hit Marty in the chest, bounced off, then he hit it with his stick into his glove! That was pretty tight, even for a Canadian!
