i would go with the reflective. i bought a 2007 HD 883R when over there black on black had it all done up. but got rid of it after almost getting hit a few times

Well if you look at my thread you'll see what the bike looks like. Gloss black with orange stripes. I'm thinking I want the built in reflective too. Since I'm gonna be out of the military I won't need the Hi-Vis stuff. Not unless I get a contract job that is.
