Indicates levels of radioactivity, TJ. But since you already had the nephews lick it, you probably don't need the geiger counter, anymore.....just check on the nephews every few hours to make sure they still have all body their parts....oh, and that they and are not glowing, and you'll have your answer.

My first thought, even in the dark pics, was some king od quartz / crystal thing.

With all the top secret stuff flying around up there it could be a rather dangerous peice of something experimental that had a meltdown in-flight. Its a bit too rounded for me to think its natural unless it fell from space or somethin
