The hand seems a bit obvious... it *has* to be something else 
it could be the powerline, perhaps, not being straight, but I think that'* as a result of a JPEG-compressed and fuzzy image. It seems to be those loopy sections under um.
and there'* a 105.7 EZRock? Thought it was 97.3 :?
Where was the photo? Looks like Dundas and Kipling... or Islington, I forget.

that was in March...try .90 cents a litre now...for the shat gas...
$1.01 for 90+....
you do know there is almost 4L in a gallon right?
