It'* just a sway bar. Driven cars for many miles with the links totally busted off, and didnt notice till i looked under car. Drive it , fix it when ya can. dint go to long because it does put additional stress on your other front end parts.

there is a HUGE difference on the bonnes when the front bar is out, so I would assume it is the same for you. Just be careful durning turns, you dont want it let go during a turn.

im gonna swing by our mechanic before i go to work just to get a second opinion, although i already value all those here just as much if not moreso than his.

The magical mods moved it over because it'* not a bonneville.
Doesn't mean it'* not important to us and that the GH'* and members are not on top of helping out. Only means it didn't fit under the bonneville description.
LH...don't try to autoban the car and take fast curves...you should be ok until you can locate a suitable replacement.

As Bill and I said just take it easy. I dont know why they listed this as a diffacult repair, not like you got to break a tie rod or ball joint loose. Shoul be able to find a suitable one in a junk yard, Wire brush it done , paint, put new links in.
