Default Friggin kidney stone!!!!!!!

My god I can barely deal with this thing anymore. It hit me last Wednesday night and I havent been able to pass the damn thing. Its only 4mm according to the Dr.'*. it had 1 inch to go before being home free Friday morning.

I've been drinking about 1gal of water a day, and taking some perdacet (sp?). It helps with the pain, but I cant use all my personal, sick and vacation days before race season even starts.

THIS SUCKS! And will also answer ppl'* question on why I've been posting so much-lol.

Anybody got any good ideas or can relate?

Thanks for reading,
Jeremiah J. Hum

That does suck. That is too long of a time...since Wednesday that has to be a bitch.

I feel sorry for you and hopefully it passes soon. Like you said, can't use up all your vacation days from work before the racing season. And I would probalby do the same thing and just sit on the computer if I were in your position.

Thanks Shawn!

And I know 4mm doesnt look like much, but my god, it causes more pain than anything I've ever felt. And with the size I would assume it wouldnt take so long to pass thru.

:( Feel for you, I've been there, mine was about 4mm also. All you can really do is drink lots of water and cranberry juice.

Pretty sure if I try to shoot something 4 mm out of my pee hole.....I'm gonna ned a stitch or two after words.....if I can make it to the hospital, seeing how I'll prolly faint and pass out in the can.

I have had many kidney stones in the past. I feel for ya man!! Cranberry juice will help in passing the stone, but make sure your ready, because its going to hurt like a ****!! I had a stone once that couldnt pass on its own because of the size. They had to perform a procedure called lithrotripsy, which uses ultrasonic waves to break up the stone so that it could pass into the bladder and out you know where.

For your sake, I hope you pass it soon!!!

Try having a baby come out and then we can talk about pain!

I hope it passes quickly for you. Just remember to breath- hee hee hee hoo hoo hoo. That is actually one of the only times men will get a glimpse of what childbirth is like. Go call your mom and tell her you love her.
