Haha yea, that is gross. I know how he feels, though...I had to hoist my couch over the balcony to get it in my apartment, so I told my friends if they wanted it they can come have it for free, but they have to move it out themselves.

LOL - My Mom lives in Senior housing, on the 6th floor. Her sectional would not fit on the elevator so me and my brother-in-law carried it up 12 flights of stairs. I told my Mom that when she moved out, she was on her own.

I'm sure he cleaned that up to take the picture, kinda makes you wonder what teh rest of his appartment looks like.
