Forum speed

After the recent slowdowns, I made some tweaks to the server backend in an effort to speed things up. Is there an improvement?

it kinda varies for me.sometimes its as fast as ever and sometimes it kinda farts out and just sits there and i have to click links a couple times and stuff.
