Uhh, ok...

Don't know why everyone is ganging up on me, but w/e.
This post wasn't made to ask if you thought it was a flood car or not, I was rather asking if there was a way to report them

I see tinted windoes, well used leather seats and a dirty cluster. I don't see any indication that this car was flooded.

Someone on here has carfax, why not ask to run the VIN and put this to rest.

I don't think anyone is Ganging up on you...

But I am also sure that someone has a carfax account here on the forum.

And Besides the vin is right there on the listing and I know that I wouldnt buy any car off of ebay with out checking that information.

and if the potential buyer doesn't check that thats there fault.

buyer beware.

Pete..I didn't intend for you to feel like anyone was ganging up on you. Merely trying to understand why you thought it was a flood.

In most flood cars..we've heard of extensive cleaning to try and hide the fact. Those seats etc that you mentioned shouldn't be obvious if someone was reasonably trying to pass off a flood car.

That'* a good point, and I can see where you're coming from, but it IS eBay. People know you won't see the car until you take delivery, so they won't smell it or look at in detail. Saves them time and money, you know?

On second thought, it probably isn't. Even though a lot of it'* suspicious, like the make-shift floor mats covering the rear carpet and the cluster, I can see now that it'* just the tint and, the seats? You're probably right, they're just dirty. I guess on first look a flag was raised

yeah, I'm not seeing it either, but as was said before, ebay is buyer beware. If you are ready to drop $15k on a car, you better be ready to spend $300 to go see it first.

As far as a way to report it to ebay, there is a way, but in this instance, I don't think ebay would do anything unless you could prove it.
