Just remarkable.

I got an email from a local employer that I've been trying to get an internship with. I originally applied for this internship about 6 months ago. I've been asked to wait and wait. I was told that they'd love to have me, but there are some 'complications'. My guess is they may not have enough money???
Well, I gave up on that and accepted the job with Comcast. Now I get an email that says basically, "hold on! we may have a job for you yet!" I replied and told them that I accepted a position with comcast, but if they offer me a position I'll quit Comcast and work for them instead.

I find out on Wednesday whether or not I'll get the job.

I wonder if quitting Comcast so soon will hurt any future job prospects with the company...

They won't hold it against you unless it'* the same hiring manager. Don't worry, do what'* best for Jon.

Although..you aren't gonna get as much done on cars once you have a job.
