does anyone know of a free software that automatically mirrors files?

ok here is what i want it to do. i have my computer and my wifes computer since mine is newer we hook up our digital camara to my computer. i keep a backup file of all our pics on my hard drive but im tired of updating the backup file(on the old computer) when ever we add new pics to the main file. is their free software that will update the backup file by its self?
