I'm sorry to say that A few weeks ago I skidded on some gravel and rammed into a sign. It took out my front headlight assembly, inverted my bumper and cut some gouges in it, bent my fender back and left me heavy scratches down the passanger side of my car both the plastic bolt on pieces, and a little on the doors themselves. Also my hood was bent/creased a bit.
Needless to say I was real bummed out. However, there is a silver lining to this situation, of sorts. I married well! Yup, that'* it!!
My Father-in-law is an auto body man. Not a back yard wonder, but has worked for dealerships his whole career. He is awesome at his craft. He made my car look better than before. New headlight assembly, fixed up the bumper, painted, etc.... It looks showroom perfect. Here'* the good part. The price for me...... 275 bucks total!
Ain't family a good thing!

What made this a real bummer is that the accident happened on my way home from work after getting 4 and a half hours of OT. It stinks to watch all my OT be for nothing. Kinda like getting a punch in the stomach...
