Default FedEx Sucks!

So I finally ship out a package to bugsi which he'* been waiting for forever containing a front FE2 swaybar, ELC compressor and centerlinks. I gets to San Jose and is somehow 'damaged'. How in the hell can a swaybar be damaged?

Anyway, they won't deliver the package to him and he'* on his way to the San Jose fedex building to try to pick it up. Fedex told me to file a claim for damages, which is what I did.

In conclusion: FedEx sucks. No offense to anybody who works for them.

Not to mention everyday atleast 5 FedEx truck dirve through my neighborhood delivering stuff, instead of throwing everything for one area on one truck.

There was no need to put any packing material in. The swaybar litteraly JUST fit in the box and wouldn't move, centerlinks are just little metal pieces, and the compressor was nestled beneat the swaybar and could only move a few inches to each side.

No sir, it was not needed. There'* no way a swaybar can be damaged unless it was runover by a steamroller.

I am not familar with the number of the that you gave for a swaybar, but is that the one that resides on the top for the 2 towers, or under the car?

Goes under the car, connects the two steering racks (I guess that'* what they're called?) via the endlinks. It'* a bar thats about an inch thick, and is solid. There'* no way it could have been damaged.

The strut tower brace is what goes on top.
