Had a lot of wind today, and YET AGAIN, I have damage on the PA from the goddamn shingles flying off.
They're still trying to shuffle me off from last week, offered to pay the deductible, which may actually be illegal in Ohio...
Anyway, I left a message for them. If they don't agree to pay for everything, I'll be filing in Court of Claims on Tuesday. I'm DONE being polite with these people.

So you never reached an agreement with them over the first time???

Supposed to hear back by Tuesday. I'm done waiting.

They're supposed to send an adjuster, we'll see what happens with that.
New damage includes the trailing edge of the hood, chips all over the hood surface, scratches and chips on the right fender, and the wiper arms is sandpapered.


BTW,could some helpful moderator or admin merge this with "Well, there go the shingles...."?

We don't have a way to merge two topics together (at least that I know of).

Just keep this one going and leave the other one in the dust.

Duster has no glass in the sunroof at the moment. When we get one, it goes to Mom&Dads.

Got a call this afternoon. Case has been transferred to another agent, should have an adjuster out to look at my car and a neighbor'* car within the week. I'm trying to get hold of a couple neighbors to get them the information they need.
Seriously considering printing flyers and shoving them under doors...
