super dark room.... 30 sec exposure time... cell phone, green table lamp and blue led

basically the camera is taking a picture that is 30 secs long....

if it were light out, everything would be to bright, and it would be all white...

by being dark, it only picks up the light, anywhere in that 30 sec time frame..

but i get sol or jason can better explain
