Got the laptop w/monitor dual setup at work. Which is how I can BC at work. Because no on can see what I have on the laptop.

Decided to dual at home as well.

But I found there'* issues when I also bring the laptop home and have it running seperately, say vpn'd to work and I'm going back and forth I can't get from my laptop screen to my other two monitors on my home pc.

Cause DUH....they are running seperately. .. I need more screens!!!

I am guessing Will knows the wonders of the appian Pheonix Radeon 9000 as well as I think this is one of the best 4-head cards, and also has the Y cables he talked about. It runs with the ATI chipset, so it'* interface is really nice. I also looked into Matrox cards, but they seemed a little dated and slightly proprietary. I was put incharge of purchasing one for the company I work for as we often have fire departments that want to have their dispatch screen, mapping and ProQA (EMS software) all running on the same computer for easy access. The appian is working great for us currently.
