Depends...

If you want both monitors to display the same thing, a splitter will do.

If you want them to be different, you'll need to either...

A) Pickup a cheapy/used PCI video card.
B)Use the *-Video out to a TV

I don't believe there is an *-Video -> VGA adapter out there... but I could be wrong.
Once you've done either of the above, go into Display, and "Enable" monitor #2.

I run 3 monitors on my machine, with 3 different video cards... it'* like widescreen.. I love it. AIW Radeon 8500DV AGP & 32mb TNT2 PCI (x2)

Code 10 means a device cannot start. There must be some conflict with the new vid card or the drivers are horribly wrong. And there could also be problems with EMM386 being a bitch.

I run multiple monitors too and its gotta be the sweetest thing in the world.

If you mean you have a video card in the slot, and one on the mainboard, then yes. But you have to remember that on-board video cards generally don't have the same "oomph" that regular ones do, and they get thier memory from your RAM, so not all apps will be able to use both cards.
