Drifting a Buick Excelle

The Buick Excelle is sold exclusively in China and the are ALL over the place.

I was in China in 2006 and this video reflects the driving attitude of most people I encountered. It was absolutely horrific. Especially if you are a pedestrian and trying to cross a street.
