As long as they're under warranty, though, Subaru has one of the best customer service programs I've ever seen. My uncle had to have his 05 WRX serviced once and the dealer didn't want to give us a loaner car so we got the dealer to call Subaru and the big whigs chewed the dealer out and made them give us a brand new (like 16 miles on it) Forrester to take home until they got done with the WRX.

I can see why Subaru fans are upset. When you've been buying the exact same car for 14 years, change can be a shock...
