It happens everywhere and everyone when they get bumped from a peer group to a authorative position. Right now you need to worry about earning their respect not their friendship, the rest will work out but I don't think you can expect for you to ever be "one of the guys" again. Like MOS said, it'* part of the territory but try to enjoy the ride now from the driver'* seat .
