Dodge truck stereo
Trying to install an ftermarket radio in a 2k Ram 1500.Can't get sound. Unit lights and displays
cd knows that it has a cd and reads and counts.No sound.Is there an external amp for the truck? Tried 2 diff units samething.Factory cd player is working,Sound there is sound thru stock unit.

hey bud...a door panel and pull one of the 6x9'* in the front doors..cause some of the rams had individual amps hooked up to each speaker...and being that its a 2001 with a factory cd player i bet it has them
so when you go to hook up a stereo your going to make sure all the remote wirs are hooked up propperly
