Default Do you have bicycles?

2004 Mongoose rockadile AL lightweight

Full shimano deore LX and XT componentry, excluding Hayes HFX-1 Disc brakes, mechanical caliper. I would have liked hydraulic, but it was about $200 more.

Bike was $200, over $800 into parts. This was about 2 years ago I got this bike.

When I bought the Mongoose, it had all stock componentry, regular low-end shimano stuff, and alex series rims. All parts that were stockers on the Mongoose went to this, 1995 Trek 830 *. Found it in the trash, got it home, sanded it down, gave it a full repaint and saved it.

What do you have?

Looks a little different now but heres the list:
1998ish Standard STA frame
*&M Pitchforks
Standard stem and strip bars
Sun big city front wheel 48h
primo cassette (the old one) w/ a hazzard lite rim blue spokes purple nips 36h
primo powerbites w/ a ti spindle
Still gotta take about a lb or so off the front end cause the forks and wheel are overkill.
This bike is relatively heavy but I've had the frame forever.
I also have a hoffman taj (1") and a standard lengthy.

higher end gary fisher model from 2003.....I rode it a **load when I lived in wyoming and eastern idaho with all the mountains but around here you gotta drive a ways to get to the mountains since I am in this giant valley. I rode every day to junior high and first year of highschool though.
