They replaced it, but after I got it back, when i'd turn a semi-sharp turn, the low trac light would come on, the wheel tried to turn me back the other way, and the computer screen on the dash would say Stability System Active. Well it'* been back and forth a dozen times and they aren't sure what it is. They tried putting another rack in the car and it still does the same thing. Also every now and again the computer screen says Service Stability System. I'm wondering what could possibly have caused this just by changing the rack. If anyone can help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!
Leslie

In one of the forums there'* an article with step by step procedure on how to fix the gauges you have. It'* either a corroded connector (very common) or a cold solder joint (uncommon). I need to do the same on my car.

Moral of the above rambling: while not working well...pay attention to the temp gauge..cause sometimes it'* the real thing..not just a drill. Pulling over and taking a look saved my 22 hour old (to me) motor with 150K on it. I'm aiming for 250+
Fairly insightful, considering I had no knowledge of bonnies...and had already found some good stuff in Techinfo.

I joined on the 15th of Oct. but this is the first one I found, on Oct. 19, 2002. :?

Almost 5 years ago! I was such a newbie.

Does anyone know where I can get some headlight "eyebrows" or "eyelids"? I don't know exactly what they're called but they're not complete headlight covers. But they look like eyelids, they cover maybe an inch or two from the top. GTS makes them, they're called "stylites" but none for bonnies last time I checked. If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

What originally brought me here was the check engine light in our former 1999 SE.

Let this be a warning to all to stay away.........I mean far away from this person, since he will attempt to be a post *****. His mission since he has chosen to accept it is to post an average of 20 posts per day. For the first year, they won't have meaning, but eventually after repeating himself 1872 times, he will get his point accross. May God be will you all.
