You mighta seen some of my pix... I've used my parents konica for my car pix so far only. The Film AF SLR is just not worth the money to get pix for such simple stuff. It takes Gorgeous 4 megapixel shots up to 2304x1704 resoultion, enough for full page printouts. Its nice for cropping etc. It uses memory stick, AND secure digital. Great battery life, nice optics, movie mode with sound, a cool blue light, and a viewfinder so you can conserve batteries even more by turning the screen off.
It'* the Digital Revio KD-400z, and i would highly recommend it. it'* even small and lightweight but still has a metal body so it'* strong.
Sony, Cannon, Olympus, and Nikon are all good choices too.

Well I've been doing a lot of reading today.... and I think I'm going to get either a Canon A70, or a Canon S45/S50.
The S45/S50'* are much superior camera'* then the A70, but the lithium-ion battery is the key selling feature that the A70 doesn't have. I looked into the S400, and the camera is missing a lot of the features that the A70 has.
I'm going to take a closer look at the Sony DSC'*..... I honestly didn't really bother with Sony because I consider them normally to be over priced.
I can get the A70 for $450ish Cdn.

I have 2 digital camera'* -ones an HP (Hewlitt Packard) 2 yrs old, and the newest one we purchased for ease of use.
It'* a Kodak EasyShare DX 4330 3.1 MegaPixels with docking station. You get camera bag and other goodies in a package deal for $425 cdn.
You get 2 rechargeable batteries with the package and a plug in charger as well.
You get internal memory and I also have 2 chips- 32 and 64 MB. (I also use 8 additional Rayovac NiMH batteries with a Rayovac charger.)
Note: Digital cameras suck the life out of normal batteries way too fast so rechargeable NiMH batteries are a must!
This camera is great! I use it at many motorsport races to take pictures and the photo quality is excellent. (The shot below was taken with it)
You can even take a small video with it!....with sound!
The software is great and it'* real easy to use. After you take the pictures, simply put the camera in the docking station...press the load button....boom...the pictures are on your computer....one touch transfer....

Sol...
Yea it'* not a small "fit in your shirt pocket" like the S400, but it'* also got a bunch of modes that the S400 doesn't... which is worth more to me then size/weight.

The photo in your pic... was that editted in anyway... it kinda looks like the car was cut/paste in there.... but if it was a c&p job it was really well done.
