They said it was something to do with weight.. Its not tested like a light truck.. it'* tested the same way they test OTR trucks.. and they mash it like that for the soot which this one didn't make

Its a BS test and there is very little regulation... I could of went to another place where its just a visual yest WTF..

I hear ya, and prolly would have went through the test given the age of the truck and wanting to see where it'* at. That was ridiculous. I'd a been in a rage if they did that to my 17 YO Cummins that redlines @ 2500 and see'* no need to approach it in day to day. It'* torque curves peaks over 400@1700. Time for a new shop there Bud.

yeah I went to several other shops... nobody would do it because of the 11400 LB Sticker on the door...


And the is a government computer telling the tech what to do ... I didn't think Obummer had anything to do with Canada hahaha
Maybe thats what happened to this Hyno block

If you look online, there are plenty of reports of peoples vehicles being damaged during this type of emissions testing. Some of them due to inexperienced technicians, others due to the old vehicles not being able to handle that type of romping. Hopefully this gets phased out quick, glad I have somehow avoided emissions tests for close to 4 years

The SSEi would never pass... EGR? PCV? uhh, yea, I got'em... Right here in this box.
