You know what... that sucks, I know you already know that, and I'm sorry, I really really am, I know it won't ease the pain, but I truly am. I have never gone through this before (maybe it'* because I'm only 16, I don't know), and I pray to God that I never have to. I say, do whatever you need to do, if you "need" to work on your car, I say do it, if you need to go to the driving range, I say go. Let us know how you are, were here for you.

My youngest is 3 his mother split after he was 3 months old hell she didn't make it to 3 months. I have been arrested several times, once even at the US border for Kidnapping, And again in another Province... She Split.. Finally after 20,000.00 I won custody..

it happens, Honestly you are likely better off without having to deal with her daemons, We all have enough of our own issues to deal with.... We can't help solve everyone elses... She might figure that its to much to handle, Maybe she will figure it out and come back once she'* better.

Sorry to hear that man. All I can say is take one day at a time, don't try to over think it and when I was going through something similar I happened to come across a book of quotes by C.*.Lewis with space on the page for writing. I started keeping kind of a journal but more in the form of poetry in a sense. It'* kind of hard to describe but the whole process of putting my thoughts on paper helped me to to keep my focus and get through it all. You will be fine, its just a lot to deal with all at once. Hang in there.
