Compared to the average of 3978 tests from comcast.net:
* download is 60% worse, upload is 76% better

Of course, that's on my laptop's wireless connection......

and so whats the diufference? if its WiFi, 802.11b or 802.11g then your local area connection is already surpassing the speed of your internet connection by 8-51 MBPS. Its funny how much of a common misconception that really is. unless of course there is some other reason its slower, then I'll just go dig myself into a hole

Sorry to go off topic.. Bandit, How'd youget 10Mb/s? RR has a limit of 5mb/s

***Triple the speed of DSL claim is based on Road Runner's standard maximum download speed of 5.0 Mbps versus the standard DSL package's maximum download speed of 1.5 Mbps. Dial-up speed comparisons are based on Road Runner's maximum download speed of 5.0 Mbps versus the average maximum download speeds of 28k and 56k modems. Actual speeds may vary.

Look....

I'm paying for a 3.0 meg line and I only get 0.15 - 0.2meg

Man, I'll never go back to dial up. I had it up until October and never again.
