Sorry to hear you're having such trouble with that ankle. How long ago was the last surgery? I'm assuming the trouble coming out of your last surgery was anesthesia related. Do you know specifically what happened? There are many options. Some anesthesiologists have preferences, but knowing there were problems last time they I'm sure they will look at different agents this time.

I'm guessing the injection was cortisone? It'll likely settle down for you. Hope everything works out.

Best of luck with it! I never do very well after surgy too, I've had 3 that I needed to be put out for and I'm always very sick for 2 days afterwards.
