I can't believe how hard he hit that car. Moved it pretty decent. Amazing th guy was still moving.

That was a hard hit alright; looked a bit too 'staged' thou. It looked like the moped didn't even try to stop and that it angled towards the car.
Dunno for sure.

HAH, i don't care who you are...thats not staged, way too much pain. Pure coincidence. Car runs red light, hits active crosstraffic, that just happened to be a person on a moped.
